Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment verification (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Please note that fulfillment handling time is separate from courier transit duration. During peak promotional periods, holidays, stock audits, or unforeseen events, fulfillment timelines may experience minor delays.

As soon as your package leaves our facility, an automated shipment notification containing your tracking details will be sent to your email address.

This estimate excludes the initial 1–3 business days required for order packaging. Delivery schedules may vary based on destination location, logistics performance, customs processing times, and severe weather conditions. All delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping Rates & Options

Available logistics options and applicable shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout based on delivery location, parcel weight, and dimensions. Any free-shipping promotions will also be reflected prior to payment completion.

Protective Packaging for Drinkware

Because our product lineup includes vacuum-insulated flasks, glass tumblers, and delicate bottle lids, we utilize shockproof foam wrap, custom box inserts, and heavy-duty outer cartons to protect your items throughout shipment.

We recommend unboxing your package carefully upon arrival and keeping the original packing materials until you have inspected all water bottles for quality.

Package Tracking

A tracking link and code will be sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier's portal to reflect the initial transit updates.

Address Verification

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. If you spot an error, please reach out to us immediately. While we will make every effort to update your details, changes cannot be made once the order enters the fulfillment system or has been shipped. Re-shipping charges caused by incorrect delivery addresses will be borne by the buyer.

Customs, Tariffs & Import Duties

For international shipments, packages may be subject to customs clearings, import taxes, or local administrative fees imposed by the destination country. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your water bottle or tumbler arrives scratched, dented, broken, or suffering from seal defects due to transit issues, please inform our support team immediately.

To speed up the claim review, please provide:

• Your order reference number
• Clear images or videos demonstrating the item defect or damage
• Photos showing the inner padding and external packaging box
• A photo showing the readable shipping label on the package

Please retain all damaged goods and protective packaging until our team finishes evaluating your request for a replacement or refund.

Split Shipments

To guarantee product safety or manage warehouse stock, multi-item orders (e.g., large thermal flasks and glass tumblers) may be shipped in separate parcels. Each box will have its own tracking code, and no extra delivery charges will be added for split shipments.
