Customers may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving an eligible order.

Our support representatives will review your request, confirm eligibility, and provide complete return instructions and warehouse address details. Please do not ship items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may cause delays or be rejected.

2. Return Eligibility Guidelines

Unless a product arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete, returned water bottles should meet the following requirements:

• Unused and preserved in good condition
• Free from customer-induced dents, deep scratches, or cracks
• Complete with all original components (e.g., matching lids, straws, silicone seals, or accessories)
• Packed securely in original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit

Proof of purchase, such as your original order ID, is required for processing all returns.

3. Unboxed or Inspected Items

Opening a product package for inspection does not invalidate your return rights. However, preference returns for unboxed drinkware must not show signs of heavy use, custom modifications, or user damage. If a returned item shows significant value depreciation beyond basic inspection, appropriate deductions may apply according to governing regulations.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for preference-based returns:

• Customized or custom-engraved water bottles
• Digital gift cards
• Clearance merchandise marked as Final Sale
• Items severely damaged due to improper customer use or care

5. Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Items

Please check your SEVBORAY drinkware carefully upon delivery. This is especially important for items like glass tumblers, travel mugs, and insulated bottles.

If your order arrives broken, dented, defective, or incorrect, please inform us right away with:

• Your order reference number
• Clear photos showing the damage or product fault
• Photos of the internal padding and external cardboard box
• A photo showing the shipping label on the package

6. Return Postage Responsibilities

For preference returns (such as personal preference or choosing a different color), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong due to our error, SEVBORAY will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Return Address & Protective Packaging

Return facility addresses depend on logistics routing. Please do not send returned items to our corporate office unless explicitly advised. The exact return address will be provided once your request is authorized. Please pack returned water bottles securely with adequate bubble wrap to prevent shipping damage.

8. Inspection & Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our facility, our team will inspect the item. After approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit.

9. Product Exchanges & Order Cancellations

Because inventory levels change quickly, direct exchanges depend on stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible; however, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once order fulfillment has started.
