Currency, Pricing & Conversion Fees

All store prices and order checkouts are calculated and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

If your bank account or payment card uses a different currency, your card issuer may apply foreign exchange rates, conversion markups, or international processing fees independently of SEVBORAY.

Pending Authorization Holds

Your financial institution may place a temporary authorization hold on your account balance when you place an order. A pending status is not a finalized charge. If a payment attempt is cancelled or fails, the time needed for the hold to disappear depends strictly on your bank's processing rules.

Promo Codes & Coupons

Valid promotional coupons must be applied in the promo code field before finalizing checkout. Discount codes cannot be retroactively added to existing orders, redeemed for cash, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

Refund Processing

Authorized refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout. Once SEVBORAY submits the refund, your issuing bank or payment service provider may require additional business days to post the credit to your account balance.
